Well said, except that I would not use the term husn adh dhann for Allah's qadr. It seems like a misapplication, because there is no "dhann" with regards to Allah's fairness. With other human beings, their actions/sayings might be ambiguous between good and bad, so husn adh dhann is when assume the good, even though the bad is a possibility.
